We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your color..Lou Desanctis is an independent contractor. He rents a booth from me. I am the massage therapist.I do Cranial Sacral Therapy…When a client comes in with hair that they have tried to color themselves and has screwed it up.. it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get it perfect….especially your hair was extremely fine and 3 different shades of color..you showed me the b4 and after pictures..The color matched your roots perfectly .. unfortunately, your hair was extremely porous from being over, processed NOT from us, but from whatever you did to it before ..and even though I’m the massage therapist and I did NOT-do your hair, I offered you a free 30 minute cranial sacral treatment to try to make you happy…
Alita’s bodywork AND personality is therapeutic. I left feeling refreshed, back to my fun and positive self. Lower back/hip pain had me down for a bit and she used craniosacral and structural energetic therapy techniques along with fun conversation to work it out! Highly recommend. Also, the inside of her shop is updated, cute, and vibrant. Loved the decor and cleanliness.
